Rent is per week is $1300 during peak weeks; $1200 during off-peak weeks. We also ask for a $300 damage deposit. E-mail the owner at dcgphd@yahoo.com if you are interested.
The cabin has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a pull out single bed and the eating alcove has a window seat that can double as a single bed.
Please note that we cannot allow overnight visitors into the cabin who are not renting unless explicit permission is given before renting.

Additional details:
1. You need to bring your own linens (sheets and towels); we have blankets & pillows
2. We have a charcoal grill for bar-b-ques.
3. The kitchen has an electric stove, refrig, microwave oven, toaster, lobster pot, etc.
4. There is baseboard heat, but we never use it except in the fall. Fireplace heats up nearly the entire cabin.
5. We have 2 wooden and 4 plastic adirondack chairs for sitting by the lake. We also have a hammock by the lake.
6. We use cell phones. Reception is good.
7. We have a TV & DVD/VCR player.
8. There are 2 fans, 1 for each bedroom. You may need them on a rare night.
9. There is a new hot water heater and new shower stall (no tub).
10. We have 3 kayaks and a sailboat (sunfish) for your use. Motor boats can be rented (delivered & picked up, too) from local marinas.
